Professional Counseling

I offer individual counseling for adults who are navigating the lasting impact of trauma, relational harm, and seasons of profound emotional transition. My approach is collaborative, and grounded in compassion. We will move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable which will allow you to connect to yourself as you heal.

I specialize in work with women who have carried heavy emotional experiences for a long time , oftentimes quietly. Together, we will explore the parts of your story that have shaped you, reconnect with the parts of you that had to go quiet in order to cope, and create space for a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and true to who you are.

Hello!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, practicing in the State of Colorado. Counseling is my favorite part of my professional work, but I am also a writer, researcher, speaker, and forever learner. I am also involved in advocacy work within Colorado, and am a long time volunteer with the Colorado Counseling Association.

I care deeply about what it means to be human and what it means to carry experiences that have shaped us, to lose pieces of ourselves along the way, and to find our way back. In my counseling focus, I’m a trauma-focused counselor who works with clients navigating identity, loss, and the process of rebuilding a sense of self. I approach therapy as a shared exploration by being attentive and grounded in meaning. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive here. We can discover what comes next together.
